IMO the sort of people who really (truly) are so engrained with the anti-Western views are probably Dragonsoul's Muslim counterparts :D

In general, many people just hold opinions handed out by the news/propaganda, but they are generally willing to let their biases adjust to what they see. Then again, there are plenty who don't, too.
