You have to install special software to manage it, the layout is a little hard to find applications in (with subfolders and a bunch of folders that have similar-sounding names). A lot of information has to be manually entered, international capability has to be downloaded separately, you have to go onto a special program on the internet to set up the "pushing" function to get e-mail, the internet isn't very fast or easy to work and it's often hard to find things on their pop-up menus.

I think that a BlackBerry would only make sense in TWO instances:

1. You like having a physical keyboard

OR

2. You are in sales or a similar line of business and you want or need to search for particular tags in lists of thousands of contacts (the BlackBerry search function in that regard is pretty good)
