Not to mention the annoying tendency to bleed memory

Or that's what I call it, where all your applications and what not crash until you pull your battery to power down the phone.
I'd like to see them do well, but they do seem to be going the exact same route that Palm went, minus the promising software that could save them. Palm's WebOS was almost enough to save the company, but poor marketing, delays, and the choice of an exclusive carrier deal with Sprint doomed them.
BB doesn't even have WebOS coming down the pipeline, just more glitchy software on underpowered hardware.
I'm sure they'll get by with business customers as a niche for a good while, but with Windows Phone 7, Android, and the iPhone all making significant improvements for business customers, even that will die eventually.

BlackBerry sucks. I threw away my BlackBerry Bold and got a new iPhone. *NM*

Consumers agree. Last quarter was the first in a long time that anyone outsold BB for smartphones.

It's in a junk drawer. I suspect it may end up in the garbage, though.

If you support human misery and pollution, feed it to a small child.

Uh oh. Guilty of 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8 on my HTC Desire.

You'd think something like this would be tailormade for something called "Desire. "

I'm never borrowing a friend's phone ever again. Just in case. *NM*
