which is actually accountable and follows the laws most of the time.

Unlike collection agencies who often try and collect illegitimate debts and ALWAYS break the regulations that they are supposed to operate under.

I've shot down a number of them for trying to collect 'debts' which were never owed in the first place.


That just reaffirms my belief that there should be a market for a good agency that collects on legitimate debts, not simply thru harrasment, but by helping people that want to get back on track to work out a feasable payment scheduel and put things in order.

Not only will a credible agency acting reasonably and in good faith be able to do a better job of getting payment on legitimate debts, but it will also be able to help people redeem there credit without paying out of pocket for someone to help counsil them.

FYI, The fact that a group of people often break the law is not a good reason to simply outlaw that group of people. Just enforce the laws you already have.
