I wouldn't be offended, I'd be surprised and probably forget about it a few minutes later.

Generally yes.

It wouldn't really bother me. I'd politely correct them and get over it. (Although it's quite nice when people think I'm a few years younger than I am, and that my younger sister is the older one

Depends on the situation. Sometimes if you want to be perceived as mature and professional, it might be better that people think you are older.
