No, I would be amused. People's guesses about my age vary wildly based on what I'm wearing, what I'm doing, and how much they've actually spoken with me (as opposed to just hearing my voice once and giving a cursory glance).

Well, there is the college thing, and the law of averages... it's not unreasonable to be surprised by one so young.

Smile and correct them.

It depends on your starting point
At 15, it's much nicer to be perceived as older... and from a non-shallow perspective, that may even hold true throughout one's life, but the most desirable physical age is relatively young.
