I remember when I was little, my Grandfather always had a bowl of them on his coffee table when we visited. They were always fresh (not stuck together) so either he was addicted to them, or he just put them out fresh for us kids. He's been gone for over 30 years, so I guess I'll never know the answer.


I have found them in several places in Britain. Perhaps the tradition is more alive here.
