Unless the Coalition and ALP agree on an issue the Greens run the show. Independent Nick Xenophon has less power than he did and the DLP is in shock (I mean really what is this 1976).

With fixed terms - the new senators do not take office until 1 July 2011 so if he Coalition forms Government there best chance to pass anything is before then with Xenophon/Families First still in play but they will sill need to work with the Greens.
