Few are willing to stand against the Radical clerics who are giving Islam such a bad name

few that we actually get to see on television. I may be on a bit of an anti-media soapbox lately.


One thing I've noticed is that when a prominent cleric over here does say something against terrorism it isn't actually treated as big news, unlike the extremists who make "good" news.
We usually get a report about the extremist guy and what he has been saying, then a quick mention at the end that his words have been condemned by a senior muslim figure or organisation that you'd miss if you blinked.
