I wouldn't say the blame for getting their mosque torched is on them. That's a bit crazy. I agree that the peaceful Islam community could speak up more loudly against the black sheep among them, though. But see my last sentence below.
Did I say the blame was on them? No. What i said was that the blame was on those Muslims who "se mosques and Islamic centers as recruitment and training grounds for terrorists, because had they never done that, no one would be worried about it now to the point that they're ready to burn the place down."
Westerners can't be blamed for their fear. But they can be blamed for going out and actually attacking what they fear, instead of thinking twice if they are actually hitting the right target.
Thinking in extremes will always cause fear and anger, things are not that easy in today's world.
Also, each time Islam is trying to a build a community center where they can teach and educate about the real ways of the religion, people get picky about the location

Thats because people don't want to centers near them, and seeing the stuff that gets spewed out of some of them, I'm inclined not to blame them. How do you know what they'll say?
