Or, if you want something a little more classy, ask for a gin martini, I prefer mine dry.

Alternatively, the Long Island is American, but it has several ingredients, and it's usually made strong. It's not a drink for novices or people who are unused to drinking lots of liquor.

You could do the mojito... rum, simple syrup, mint and ice. It even has the word "simple" in it. :D

and you might be cheating a bit on that last one. ;)
