When I click on a link embedded in a post Sareitha Sedai Send a noteboard - 02/09/2010 02:14:35 PM
<a href="http://www.theonion.com/articles/man-already-knows-everything-he-needs-to-know-abou,17990/">The Onion</a> is sometimes too close to reality for comfort.

...I am directed to that link in the current browser window (as opposed to when I click a link below a post, where it opens in a different window).

Yes, I know I can right click and select "open in a new window". But I'm wondering if this is intentional, or if there is a setting or something for this? It seems to me that the intent of allowing certain peeps to embed links is not to drive traffic away from the site Should I post it as a suggestion?

If you are from Betelgeuse, please have one of your Earth friends read what I've written before you respond. Or try concentrating harder.
