My best guess would be an allergic reaction to something that touched your face. If it was an allergic reaction to the vaccine, the reaction would be throughout your body and/or at the vaccination site.
I would recommend keeping it washed, maybe put some topical antihistamine on it, and changing your pillow cases.
And, of course, GO TO A DOCTOR if it persists in bothering you. We are not health care professionals, and no one can do proper doctoring without seeing their patient.
