I am a bit of a carnivore... I like my meat, and crave it as a stress food. I like most varieties of meat, and rarely get grossed out by them.
Meat is delicious.
To my way of thinking, a lamb or a calf is still meat. If they were wild animals, a predator wouldn't stop because they were young. Hell, our ancestors probably would have targeted them because they were younger, smaller, and less likely to successfully fight back.
Plus, younger meat is more tender.

I think the only meat I've turned down in the last decade was rocky mountain oysters. No one should enjoy those.

Amen.
