but the few songs of U2's performance at Red Rocks in 1983 that I've seen/heard are amazing.

Another one coming to mind, but that one will be less widely known, is Nightwish's aptly titled End of an Era.

Oh, and some of Yes' songs on their Union tour. The concept was fairly crazy - uniting the two rivaling bands claiming the mantle of Yes, with two keyboardists, two drummers, etc. as a result - but then that helps in making it memorable.
