Well, all the ladies anyway... I am looking for cool bridal shower ideas and all the stuff on the interwebs seems really lame and boring.

Got any ideas?


The idea is to keep it simple - to entertain & feed the guests enough so they don't begrudge the time spent there. The main purpose of a bridal shower is to receive gifts. Don't go nuts with a theme or decorations. Food is a must. Some entertaimment - like games or whatnot - would be nice. But everyone understands bridal showers are a drag.


I hate those games as much as Katie does so... I'm trying to get away from them. :P

I was thinking of having maybe something activityish that's fun that's maybe crafty... to make something FOR Katie instead of a game? Like I'd provide the materials and people would just make something small as a keepsake? I dunno...

Maybe I am just too old and have been to too many of these things but I swear if one more person writes down what the bride says when she's opening presents and reads it as what she's going to say on her wedding night I might puke all over someone.
