Didn't you get it a couple of days after the knitting day the last time as well?
I did a fair amount of knitting before with no issue.
At any rate, I have no idea how to help it. I know my hands hurt less when I use a touchpad than when I use a mouse, but apart from that ....
If things get bad I can get a whole new workstation! The person who looked after me at work today (that's another story) is from Occupational Health and she was telling me about the nifty stuff they have for people with hand problems. Awesome.
