I don't think that what they did is something that they will grow out of or be educated not to do. Some parents, older and younger, make stupid mistakes. And sometimes it is because they don't know better. And I don't think we should jump the gun on taking their children away unless it is endangering the child's life. But this is not a mistake. It is intentional cruelity that they obviously found amusing enough to take pictures and share them. Anyone who can be that cruel to an innocent baby and get joy out of it has serious issues that have nothing to do with age or education.
