I tend to be more festival related (like mince pies in the month up to Christmas etc) but....



More stews and that sort of thing - heavier, thicker foods.

Spending less time outside, since it is colder and wetter



Seasonal drinks - generally lighter beers during the summer and heavier ones into the winter, stout and porter. Gin and tonic and pimms are for the summer, port for the winter. That sort of thing.
