For sure! I want to make ginger snaps.

Spicies are like that, but soft. I <3 them like no other.

I really start to crave glazed salmon, spaghetti (or any kind) of squash, and BEER. So much good beer this time of year -- but the problem is that rum and apple cider or whiskey start to sound really good, too. And I begin craving red wine again when the weather cools.

Mm, stuffed salmon is one of mine. And I totally agree on the beer. Where are you located? In the states? I'd tell you to try to find some Innis and Gunn beer to merge your tastes a little, but I don't know if you can get it where you are. And you should try Leinenkugel's fireside nut brown. But it might not come out until November.

Hm. If it's a rainy fall day I always want to hear A Silver Mt. Zion's first album. I also really crave chamber music such as string trios by Tchaikovsky, Mendelsohn, or Dvorak, but just about any small ensemble music from the romantic period really suits my mood.

See, I totally have rainy fall day music. I tend to start listening to melancholy sounds like Radiohead more, but that's mostly because I am not already depressed.:P

This is the most wonderful time of year and I cherish it greatly, though it's an unfortunately very brief and transitory thing. I don't think it's weird at all to section the year and I very much associate things with seasons, right down to what kind of alcohol I drink and certainly the music I want to hear.
