Here's one of the really hard parts though... He still has to go back to that state twice every year for work. He'll be back in the spring. I won't be able to trust him. It will be in my head the entire time he's there. I don't want to live like that.

Then tell him that, if he's serious about making things right, he has to get a different job that doesn't require him to travel.

Talk to him about it, and see if he can realize what a big thing that is. It's a tricky situation, but if she does decide she can trust him again, she actually has to do so. While it would be hard to avoid, holding this thing over his head for the rest of his life is not healthy either. It's all part of her upcoming choices.:)
