I went on a date with a guy who was a friend of a friend. We were set up, I guess? Anyway, he wanted to meet at Express at the local mall. And by the time I got there I knew it wasn't going anywhere and we wouldn't have anything in common except for photography.

First, he wanted me to help him pick out clothes for him. I didn't comply with this because he dressed like a frat boy, popped collar and all. He kind of was annoyed by this... and so I just thought, "Oh, well. Maybe the rest of the date will be better and I'll start having fun.." But, no. It got worse.

We decided to go to the local museum. So, we walk to his car and he says, "I'm tired. You drive." and then hands me his keys. What??? You want me to drive?? Loser. But I drive to the museum... and he starts trying to make out with me the whole time... and he pretty much assaulted me. I didn't want to be rude.. and I didn't have a ride out of there without him.. So, I just pushed him away and tried to hint that maybe we should go have coffee or something. More people around, I suppose?

So, we go to a coffee shop that I love (and knew a lot of people would be around) and he pulls out his hand-held game console thing... and plays games the whole time.

Finally, we go back to the mall and get my car and I decided to end it the next time we spoke. And that was it...

Most awful date of my entire life.

But, now I'm with Andrew and he's never treated me like that ever... and I'm SO glad I have him. So, eventually, I promise you'll find someone you just click with and everything will be fun and better! You'll just have to go through some losers to get there.
