I assume you're referring to Kino. I hadn't heard anything about him in a long time, but I knew that he lived there once upon a time. And I don't think he's been to RAFO under any name I recognize.

He just did a triathlon in an hour forty, IIRC the time right. Just the thought terrifies my chain smoking butt.

There's the Olympic distance, 1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling, 10 km running, the Ironman which is 3.8 km swim, 180 km biking followed by a marathon (42.2 km). There's also the sprint which is half the olympic distance. Without speaking of which kind, it's kind of like saying "I ran a race in 30 minutes. Yay me!"


400 yard swim, 13 mile bike, 3.1 mile run.

And it was in 1:32:13. Not bad for my first time.
