side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice and water through the door
Lower freezer as a pull-out drawer (as opposed to side-opening door - ick!) is the best option.
Now if only we had one 
Otherwise, I quite approve of your kitchen.
About those kitchens. (I think I'm allergic to fads.)
