Why is everyone mad at Mike, our dearly departed yet still relevant great leader and eternal font of sunshine from which all goodness flows?
Also why could we not maintain the original wotmania domain name in the first place? That I never understood.
Why is the Wotmania domain name now being redirected to argonaut/dragonmount?

His rational with closing the site is that he made it, and since he wanted to move on, he will no longer have control over it, and he didn't want to cede control over to someone else.
Problem is he did cede control over several parts of it to the Dragonmount website.
He also made this decision unilaterally, without consulting the community he help create, and thus many people view his decision as frivolous and self centered. Everything of wotmania must be about him since he created the site in the first place.
>: [ So apparently none of us were good enough for wotmania....
