I think there is resentment but it isn't down to anything you or other people at your site have done but rather how Mike handled the end of wotmania. For a lot of us, we feel like the inheritors of wotmania's spirit and that this site is the is the descendent of it, yet Mike's preferred option was just to parcel everything off to your site without taking our opinions into consideration. I don't doubt that Mike had good intentions but he handled things really, really badly and that has left things very, very touchy.

I was as sad as anybody else to see wotmania close down, and I think it's awesome that you guys have kept the spirit of that site alive.


What you say also is how a lot of us see it but our old "home" is now directing to your website and not here to our new "home" and that feels wrong (though I appreciate that you do have a link here on it and let people know about us)
