There is a bully in my office. She doesn't answer to anyone, so she of course gets away with it.

Aside from quitting, is there any recourse?



When I talk to the owner, he says "you'll have to talk to her about this."

I really think the only option is to quit. Luckily for me, I live in the worst economy in the US.
