Our newspaper at least was kicking up a big fuss about all the "insults" and "rude language", but all I've seen are obvious judgements that are merely phrased a bit more bluntly than they would be in public. If Putin is insulted at being called an alpha dog - which I strongly doubt - or Berlusconi is insulted at being called a party animal - which I'm not sure about - they are also smart enough to know they only have themselves to blame there.
