I find it hard to keep track of what people know and what they don't. But I'll try.

1. I really dislike the taste of smoked food. I am no fan of sausages, but I will sometimes eat them; but if there is even a whiff of smoke in other things I find it completely disgusting: whisky, lapsang souchong, smoked salmon, all of it is evil.

no smoked cheese? :confused:
Also, doesn't chocolate sometimes taste smokey? And coffee? Maybe your palate distinguishes better between dark toasted beans, but that sometimes comes across as smokey to me.

2. I knit. A lot. I have knitted for as long as I can remember. It gives me a sense of having produced something when I am stuck in my thesis, and that is a very seductive feeling.

I would like a hat. A seductive one.

3. I find it easy to solve the Rubik's cube.

Also, that's weird.
