In our household, facebook is a fantastic thing. My husband, who moved here to America to be with me, is from Australia. Except for a visit from his mom last year, he hasn't seen any of his family in a decade. For him, facebook is a way to stay in touch with his family. Even the boring, lame, "I'm having coffee now" posts mean something to him. And it's wonderful to have all the pics available. Of course these things could be done without facebook, but it's convenient.


Facebook is wonderful for staying in touch with my family and friends back home, and with my school friends when I am at home.
