My wife and I are sitting in the hospital about six hours after the birth of our second child. He was born 8 lbs 1 oz and 20 inches long. Both he and his mother and going great. It feels great to hold a newborn again. Hopefully this one starts to sleep through the night as early as his brother did.


How wonderful for you! Hope he is as easy as your first. Newborn babies are so intoxicating. My favorite part was when they fell asleep on top of me and I could lay there smelling their hair and feeling there baby breath on my arm and feel their little heart beat. Enjoy!!!!
