When I lived in Thailand, I slept with a fan blowing directly into my face beetnemesis Send a noteboard - 06/01/2011 04:47:39 PM
It got SO hot, and I didn't want to turn the AC on to conserve power (I lived rent free as part of my teaching contract, but paid for electricity). So a fan blowing right onto me from a foot away more than cooled me down.

Did take a bit of getting used to, though. It was like sleeping in a wind tunnel.
I amuse myself.
