Separating it from touch, or at least from a sense of pressure, then arguing that it's a different sense based on where it occurs is a bit like saying awareness of my socks is a different "sense" than awareness of my shirt. Just because pressure on the bladder alerts us to the need to urinate and pressure on the colon and rectum to the need to defecate doesn't make them different senses.
You wouldn't want to be standing up and then suddenly discover you were pooping, now would you?
