I'm not sure how you can equate the feeling of pain with touch.

Many of those are duplicates, and most duplicates of the sense of touch, pain being the most obvious. Unless one reduces "touch" to merely the awareness of contact, pain, temperature, itching, pressure and the need to urinate and defecate are all covered under "touch". Even if that's not the case, I'm not sure why there's a need to distinguish between "pressure" and "the need to defecate" AND "the need to urinate". I don't know about you, but usually the way I know I need to go to the bathroom is due to pressure.

It depends on the kind of pain, of course, but one can easily feel pain without touching anything - a headache, say, that does not involve any sort of touching as far as I can see. I don't see how it's any different in that regard from hunger - after all, one could argue that acute hunger is a kind of pain, albeit one with an obvious cause and obvious solution.

If we limit touch to pressure, yeah, pain and temp have to be separated.

Because I think of pain receptors as being grouped with tactile ones.
