You're right.

But by GOOD I think we should mean: shows YOU in the best possible light.

You know you smiling, being around people you love- generally being an idealized version of who you really are.

A lot of times I see pictures of guys not smiling, trying to look cool but they just some off as... I dunno... cold, unfeeling, boring... there has to be something to connect with there in the photo.

I picked a random sample from my OKCupid homepage to show what I mean. All these profiles are public.

There is really only ONE "good" pic out of them and they are ALL reasonably good looking guys. But their horrible pictures make me feel negatively about them.
