Fresh baked bread rocks, and its so stupid easy to use, and what rocks is I made this Italian Parmesan bread, and the last couple slices got a bit stale, so I ripped it and put it in my meatballs, and they're the best meatballs I ever made.

I kinda figured it would be one of those neat gadgets that ended up gathering dust after a couple uses, but to my amazement I'm still using it almost daily nearly a month later, and I have discovered fresh bread goes great with the farmer's cheese I make, which had previously been a failure, good for nothing but spreading and not right with bagels. Mornings now consist of fresh hot bread and coffee, and this is ecstasy.

I seem to have also improved at my cross-wording ability, but I do not think this can be directly linked to dietary changes, and more likely is due to having either gotten used to the person who writes the one's my paper has or him/her having gotten lazy. It is however making me wonder why I get a paper still, since I read my news online and I actually have my paper's website book marked and read it electronically more often then hard copy... but my cats like newspaper, and I like crosswords, and I keep hoping one day a comic able to truly replace Gary Larson's Far Side might emerge. Soon I will be able to start contemplating this years garden, I have a nice digital scale on its way in the male, which I look forward to using to weigh things in my kitchen and garden, and record their data for study and increased accuracy.
