She's actually really nice, but as far as managing. She owes me 950$ now, after paying me some yesterday. I mean, I'm pulling out teeth to get my rightful paychecks. The cafe has a hard time making money and I can't believe we pass sanitary tests by the city because it's so nasty. You can argue it's the worker's (mine) fault, but there's no standards from the day any of us start, and the idea of going through and doing a major clean? I mean, she never says anything about the cleanliness of the place, never really does anything about it.

Oh, she thought I quit, and then, four weeks later, hires me back (I only took the offer because I'm having no luck in the job market ). WTF is that? If I was a boss I'd KNOW someone quit and they wouldn't come back regardless of situations. The reason I left was because I thought she laid me off, because I sent her my open dates for the week before New Year's, and, she sent the schedule and I wasn't on it, and the next week she didn't send me one. She said she had cut hours and that's that. So I thought, oh, great ... turns out she just never got my e-mail with my open dates and figured I had quit.

Let's see, she doesn't pay on time, she can't keep shit organized in the slightest ... 1 ...
