Let's go with a scale from 1 to 5 (1 being a demon from hell). It would be nice if you would also provide reasons for the ranking. This is very important research.

So I don't get hassled.

Office Space rules.

My current boss would be a 4. He is pretty good at what he does and sticks up for the people under him when we need it. But there are a couple of things he could improve upon (especially with me)

He won't put me on a permanent night schedule so I can take classes during the day...even though he can take classes at night. (Being the supervisor, he doesn't have to be there passed 5.) No one has a problem with me working nights. It means they won't have to unless I have an off day, which happens once every 4 weeks or so.

There is one employee who keeps screwing up, BIG TIME, but the boss always covers for him because they started with the company together and have moved from place to place about the same times.
Castle: This is so weird. I dressed up as him for Halloween.
