(I think it should be ticketable if it's proven you can't drive safely)

Anyway, my friend Heather woke up, scraped about a 5"x5" square on her windshield and tried to drive to work. A cop stopped her and walked around her car, asking as he stood in different areas, "Can you see me now?" Annoying as all hell, but definitely amusing.:D I think he did his job appropriately.

I've driven a < clean car, and it is definitely an impairment. Fucking scary.
