Lazy assholes that dont clear the snow and ice chunks make it dangerous for me when I drive behind them and i keep having huge blocks of ice and snow hitting my windshield and making it hard for me to see. If this girl from texas can get up and clean her car then so can you.

1. What is your opinion on the subject?

A) Awesome way to penalize someone for being stupid and/or lazy which could have deadly effects.

B) Another stupid nanny state law.

C) Meh, I don't care- I live in a warm place that doesn't get snow much, if at all.

2. Does your state/country have a law about this already?

3. If yes, what is the penalty?

I realize this may be a pot-stirring question, but I found it an appropriate question just after a big snowstorm.
