I posted earlier with observations on how idiotic Fox is sounding generally on the Egypt situation.

I actually like the fact that they exist and present a conservative voice in the media, which prior to them was dominated by extreme liberalism. Younger people probably never saw, or forgot if they did see, the way the anchormen and correspondents could barely hide their universal hatred for anything or anyone Republican back in the late 80s and early 90s. Watching Dan Rather cover the 1988 election was educational. He just got gloomier and gloomier and more and more spiteful as time went on over the course of the evening, at one point saying something like, "Well, I guess this means George Bush won" in the same sort of voice that he might have said, "I guess there's no hope for those trapped miners".
That having been said, when it comes to foreign affairs their ignorance, isolationism, and bigotry are so obvious and their framing of the issues so juvenile and simply stupid that I can't watch them.

Political correctness is the pettiest form of casuistry.

This is true. We'll just have to leave it to Glenn Beck to provide the poetry, now. *NM*

That leads to the interesting question of how you define "anti-American".

I think you should replace "funny Americans" with "blowhard pundits who don't deserve time of day" *NM*

Oh, is Beck a "socialism fan favor[ing] the violent dicator since he can bring order and subsidies"?

By the Grace of God, Glenn Beck and Alex Jones do not represent America, or even most of the right.
