There are books with no pictures that are considered porn and there is spoken word audio that is considered porn so it is hardly a stretch to include lyrics if the lyrics explicitly talk about coming on people's faces and sticking your finger up their ass. The guy shouldn’t go to jail to 20 years but this was also no silly prank where he should just be slapped on the wrist either.
It doesn’t compare to the girl in Bad Ass using some dirty words, it would more like if the little girl had talked about how much she liked taking a load of cum on face and then get fucked up the ass.
