i honestly don't think "child endangerment" or whatever the exact charge they're trying to pin on him even comes close to the real situation here. yes, he played a bad trick on this school and its kids. and yes, what he did was probably in relatively bad taste, but this kind of thing has happened many many times before, and nobody got charged with child porn related infractions for it.
