As for the merits of the case, five million dollars is a ludicrous sum and symptomatic of everything that's wrong with the American justice system. But apart from that I'm inclined to side with Alito. It's beyond me why banning public sexual obscenity should be acceptable, while banning public obscenity of this nature isn't.
