If you think that preemptively taking potassium iodide to prevent thyroid cancer from what minuscule fallout might land here is a good idea, I urge you to continue doing so. The gene pool needs to be cleansed of such idiots that latch onto these panic measures.

Incidentally, what's the risk of taking potassium iodide unnecessarily? Thyroid cancer.
