1. How old where you when you got your first job?
I am not entirely sure. Sometime during the holidays of University.
Edit: That's if you don't wanna count my civil service as paramedic before that. I was 19 and since I got paid and did that for almost two years, it qualifies.
2. What was your first job?
I helped doing at the inventory at accounting of John Deere, where my dad works.
3. How long did you work there?
For basically every summer while I studied at University.
4. What's the oldest person you know who is (or was) sponging off their parents still (I do NOT mean college students, but say that guy down the street who lets his gf pay for their fun, and lives with his mom - all while not going to school or working for no other reason than... he doesn't feel like getting a job)
I think that's a (US?) stereotype. I know no such people. And living with your mum doesn't automatically mean you are sponging.
5. (If you live in a part of the world where you have to drive) How old were you when you got your driver's license?

6. Did you wait way past the time when you COULD get your license?
yeah a few months, I was a little scared of it.
7. Did you graduate from college?
University, yep.
8. What did you major in?
German Literature.
9. Did you get a job in your field?
not really
10. If not, what do you do? Did you need a degree to get this job?
I work at a local TV station, doing pretty much anything. I didn't, really.
