there were not even any armed guards on the compound according to what I saw this morning on CNN. In fact I have not seen any reports that the SEALS were ever even fired on. I am glad the man is dead but lets not play politics and make this summary execution a good thing and Bush getting Saddam a bad thing because Bush didn't just have the military kill him on sight.
