As I stated above, I THINK they are defining it as the termination of a fetus after the first trimester? and allowing for some exceptions?

Obviously, that still affects things in bad ways, but if that IS the case, I think that we may see a relatively small fallout from this nonsense.

Not that that makes it stop being idiocy.
