most OBs do a fine job of separating these things. I don't believe my wife's OB does abortions but I could be wrong. It is the tactics of the argument more than the argument I object to. They can't argue that tax dollars are not being spent on abortion but that the clinics that are doing the abortions can not keep the doors open with tax dollars. If their concern is to provide funding for none abortion female health issues they would be smart to make sure there is no confusion about that funding being used to support abortions. I assume they know this but keep doing it so it is a deliberate tactic. Sort of like PBS putting out partisan news then hiding behind Elmo when they other side get control of the purse strings and threaten to cut the funding.
