that's it! nossy Send a noteboard - 13/05/2011 01:04:16 PM
I am constructing a shiny leaded piece and am having trouble soldering the joints - I don't recall this ever happening before so not sure what to change to fix it. I've used this particular bit of lead before, and the solder, but the solder just isn't sticking to the joints. Boo.

Anyone have any helpful suggestions?

I've done some stained glass (mostly foil joints, though, only my first two pieces used lead joints) and flux is the way to fix that problem. Is your flux no good, maybe?

Yeah, what he said.
